It sounds as if I will be given the stats tomorrow. This update will include two weeks of hockey play, so it will be highly anticipated.
The recap this week will not be coming out later this evening, because it has been "revamped" for this week only. The usual format is just far too boring when half the games were blow outs. I'm expecting some interesting posts coming this week.
And finally, I would like to devote a paragraph to ripping Ron's website but I'm better than that. Or I cant get myself to click a link and go see it. Whatever you want to believe.

im not. Is it better? Eye of the beholder thing going on there. But I think the content here is deeper and the personalities on this site cant be matched.
true about the personalities. But hockey 8 definately has more entertaining items(like hockey cards. Not as deep, as the site has just strated, but it's on it's way.
yeah, I have to actually put time into the cards. Never really was my project but I guess I will have to make it mine for it to work.
also, what is the value of cards, when you have no stats to put on them? Its a great idea (that originated with this site btw)...but it should be worked up to.
One thing I like is the player of the month thing. Though it looks like it's still just a concept.
A player of the week/player of the month would be great for this site. I know I have called brendon the goat of the week several times...the goat of the week sounds much more entertaing.
player cards were my idea not this sites. I took my idea elsewhere when it wasn't given the attention it deserved.
Oh and by the way Nick, they keep stats in Acton, so there are stats to go with the card. Get off your high horse and go check out the site
Actually I mentioned player cards to Jared first - before the winter classic. Haven't been able to finish them yet, but that's a story for another day.

All I was saying was that I wasnt going to stoop to that level. I have obviously seen the website.
