Hey guys, stats are up.
Ideally, a Saturday game would make the recap easier to get up, in fact, it would have been up yesterday. But nothing works out the way it's supposed to. With my computer broken at the moment, I have limited computer access. I will do my best to get the recap up, but no promises.

50% is Better than some peoples 100%
5 Steve - Certainly NOT the reason the white team lost both game.
4 Brendon - He got some deserved heat from Brett and Johnny, but was able to take it and turn it into motivation to get the game winner in game 2 game winner. Oh yeah, you can return that terrible, lying radar gun ;)
3 Nick - Nick is frustrating because he doesn’t have the “ad-lib” ability in his defensive game. He get’s too focused on his main objective, that he’s too afraid to make a play (we can discuss this later). So why is he on the list? Because he held Jared and Griff (on D) and Micah to no goals. That has to count for something
2 Darrin - Certainly IS the reason the dark team won both games.
1 Eric - I think we all forgot how silly Eric can make defensemen look while trying to defend him (I laughed a few times at what he did to Nick and Matt Davis). If Eric started to play regularly in Saugus, Brett would soon become the second draft pick each night. Eric scored 86% of the white teams goals. And it’s a good thing too, cause his other teammates decided not to show up. Wins usually mean more than stats, but he was so impressive that he gets to break the rules.
Honorable Mention:
Griff - You can’t technically complain about his aggressiveness. It will certainly be called up in Montreal 99 out of 100 times. But in Saugus, it’s a great way to get under the skin of the other teams top players.
"I laughed a few times at what he did to Nick and Matt Davis"
I agree, that he made us look bad a couple times...but I think we did a very solid job against him.
Most of his damage came when the ball "finds" him and the d-men were focused on someone else (the other two players down low). He is one of those guys where if one of the wingers or the center doesnt come back he will find a way to burn you.
But Matt and Mike did a great job on the other side...especially Matt. Matt did a great job, I cant stress that enough. It was nice having help on the other side.
ad-lib?
BTW, based on what I can gather from your post I dont think afraid is the word.
"Not confident in the results", may be better.
Never afraid out there.
My biggest weakest besides my shot accuracy is quicker passes. I like to see my options and sometimes that costs me an open man.
we missed you Brad
