And since Nick refuses to do a recap, I just wanted to say I thought monday was a good win. We got outplayed and outshot, but we endured and found a way to win. Also, JB deserves a lot of credit as our captain. The adjustment he made with the defense and his overall leadership (such as yelling at Nick to win that board battle) was great. Hopefully we can build on that this week as we play fishy business again.
3 Brett – Assisted on the first three goals of the game, getting the Alliance off to their usual quick start, and help them maintain the lead with another assist and scored a late goal just so he wouldn’t be left out.
2 Nick – Played his best game last night. He returned to form as that shut down defender who wins every battle. Always play mad Nick. Passes were nice too.
1 JB – 4 goals while alternating between center and D. You know it’s your night to score when your slap shot that hit 27 on the radar gun eludes the goalie and tickles the twine.
Honorable Mention: Eric
It’s nice being able to roll two lines of really solid offenseman. Question is, with Ron presumably coming back next week, who gets demoted to D?
Thats a good question. I think the system we have now works good. Nick and I on defense and have everybody else play offense. Then we just have JB, Ron, Brett or whoever take turns during the game spelling on D.
Everybody except Jared of course. He cant play D.....
It should be easier, but there was also a ton of goals to record. The bigger problem is that I have a ton of school work, a 15 minute sm part, and have to audit the accounts this week.
Let me know for sure about Darrin so I know whether to get another goalie.
As for the Haverhill Cup, I could possibly organize it beforehand, but it would have to be either the second or third weekend in May. Otherwise it would have to be in June.

Brett said that he can't make it now so we will plan for next week instead.
Refuses? That's harsh...
I think my rate of recaps will go up now that school is over.
Big win. Big win. Lets see if Nick recaps this one....
Johnny where are the stats from 2 weeks ago?
4-9-12
Domination

Those stats will take a while! I will try to have them up this week though.
shouldn't it be easier with less players?
Im in for this sunday in lawrence. Eric is too. So is Bobby. I'm sure Darrin is too.
Johnny what are the chances of getting the Haverhill Cup done this year before we leave for Montreal? We have 5 weeks to plan it
Demoted to d....
Tsk..tsk..

Also, it will get much easier to organize starting in May when I'm done school for the summer.
just send out feelers. see if people are still interested in doing it. and if goalies are a problem we only need two really.
I hate doing the audit. I did it once. did it wrong. and they never asked me to do it again.
I had done the accounts for years but never had to do the audit. But you're right - enough mistakes and they won't ask me again!
