What Is Going On
12 Zack (-1) – I was wrong. Zack has moved from the 11th spot.
11 Mike W (-2) – Would have been less of a drop if he just stayed home probably. But it looks worse than it is because now there’s one more spot on the rankings. Hitting the crossbar counts for nothing.
10 Mike D (E) – Was probably the best defensemen out there last night. Some nice board work and got it out almost every time.
9 Ron (-3) – Maybe next week.
8 Griff (-1) – We miss you Griff. The Sportszone just isn’t the same without you.
7 Billy (+1) – Our first positive mover up the list. Mainly because of others not showing, but slightly because of some nice keep ins and looked a bit more confident with the ball.
6 Nick (-2) – Sorry Nick. Rules is Rules.
5 Darrin – A less than impressive showing from Darrin. Got a little too bold with playing the ball and it cost us the tying goal and almost the game.
4 Johnny (+1) – Johnny had a “Mike Ward-esque” type of game. Go ahead and try to recount a nice series of plays from Johnny last night…………..I’m waiting. And yet he still moves up a spot.
3 Brett (E) – It’s a good thing they don’t keep track of plus minus in the league. Carrying the ball was fine but I’m starting to think that it doesn’t happen enough in a game to make it worth it. Defensive play was nowhere near what it needs to be. This experiment might be coming to an end.
2 Borges (-1) – Out of all his plays last night, which one sticks out in your mind? That whole series of events was just messed up. Never to be repeated again.
1 Jared (+1) – All five goals in the game?! That kind of game use to get your name etched into the Sunday Night Saugus Hockey Leagues record books. A flat out great game from Jared. Just make sure you keep working on that defensive awareness of yours.

Maybe the answer isn't to put someone else on D. Maybe it's that everyone has to some lower to help out.

Defense is becoming a problem. No one wants to play the position. (Except Me) Nick has school. Mike D had a bad hand and playing D makes it worse. Mike W doesnt want too. Brett is growing weary playing D.
Anybody want to play D? Raise your hand!

We had a really good line of me Brett and jb, we blew it up After a couple bad games but its worked for the majority of games
Nick I think it's time to quit school and focus on this league. You could make us a slightly above average team! And can you finish the video page?

Brett is the fastest player on the team ( just a tick faster then you Jared :) and overall is better suited to play wing. However, until we get some D men back, I dont see any other choice but to play Brett on D for now. Any other thoughts?
Nick and Joe, were have you gone?
Jared I think moving me from wing to d was more of a necessity than anything because of Nick not being able to play every week. Someone needed to go back.
