The only time available on Friday is 5-7 which is probably too early for most people. I was able to get Saturday afternoon from 2-4 though. Let me know who can make it on Saturday.

I'm out this week, regardless of the day.
The only time Sunday is from 10-12 unfortunately. I could probably do 5-7 on Friday but we would need to have more people able to do play.
In the meantime I booked 2-4 since it was the only decent time available.
BTW Billy, I should have stats from the past few weeks up by Friday.

Didnt johnny score all 11 goals for his team about 4 years ago. It was him verse jared and scott fin. I wasnt there but i think i remember the stats that week
Can't do sat. Friday is good for me.
The key for Friday is going to be goalies too. I need to see if we have goalies before I could think of switching it.
I think stats are fun and make the games more competitive overall.
I was surprised by Brendon's email saying I scored/assisted in all our teams goals. I knew I scored in bunches... and I assisted in bunches too hahahehe, but every team goal? Not sure.

I'll update the post with the latest of who can play what day. I think the problem is still going to be goalies. I have Brett and Steve for Saturday. I am not sure if any of them can play that early on Friday. Additionally Melo and my father are out for Friday.
Also, sorry guys I wanted to get a least another week of stats done today, but ended up having to work right through lunch time. I will try again tomorrow.
Ron, if I remember the stat sheet correctly then Brendon is right - you are listed as scoring or assisting on everyone of the goals. Since they were written after each game it's possible that some are incorrect (I thought that someone else passed to Billy's goal in game 3), but without any definitive proof either way it stands as recorded.
I do find it ironic that Brendon was the first to email everyone to it when he was directly responsible for half of your points :)
I found it hilarious listing to you guys coaching up (or trying to coach up Brendon). But the most curious thing was putting Brendon on D and Nick on the wing for a while.
On our side... I take full credit for my coach em up pep talk. I notice that Griff was stopping Austin from using the boards to get by him. I told Austin if the defender cheats aginst the boards, pull the ball around the other way.
Austin did that successfully twice and it was a thing of beauty. Nice job Austin (although I don't think he is on this blog)
Oh I forgot to mention about the dangers of blocking shots. I guess bones can easily be broken (especially in the hands), hence don't expect this person to block shots...

Oh and Johnny on Billy's goal where he went from one side of the rink, behind the net, curled around to the slot and then scored on a nice shot... I fed him that ball from about center ice line and Billy took it from there.
That goal I thought was the sweetest goal of the night.
Ron, that was the one...so you were correctly given the assist.
Brendon was ridiculous the other night. We were stupid for letting him play D in game 2 but he was so bad at wing in game 1 we thought it was worth a shot. Big mistake.
Sorry to burst the Ron bubble but in game one I fed billy in the slot from behind the net and he scored. Billy will back me on that. I don't care about the stat I just need to show how inaccurate frendons scoring is.
So having frendon play d for the haverhill cup is out of the question?
Oh well JB at least I had 24 hours or so of pure glory and adulation from my peers.

Update / Breaking News: Unfortunately I am most likely out for Saturday. My wife reminded me its our anniversary. We are currently still in negotiations but I fear its a losing battle.
Also, as I said before, Friday would be tough...but more probable then Sat at this point.
Bottom line: I am officially highly doubtful for this weekend.

Jared, the biggest problem is getting goalies. I have no goalies for Friday, but two goalies for Saturday.

Has anybody seen how bad of a roof collapse the outside rink sustained?

Yeah, the roof is a big factor since it brought down some boards and broke some glass. They are afraid to go in and clean it up until the spring.

Some of the prettiest crisp passes to Jared I have even seen from Brendan. The stats won't show it but he had three more assists to Jared that won't show up on any stat sheet!

That is two straight weeks where he was by far the worst person on the rink. It's one thing to make a bad play. It's another when you can't acknowledge what you did wrong, or even more frighteningly convince yourself that you made the right play.
Yeah but mike wanted him to be at the blue line so it makes sense that frendon should also make a running lunging sweep check at Jared. For what its worth frendon, you weren't even close to touching the ball on the sweep check. So it was a stupid decision AND poorly executed.
I wonder what frendon would've done with out us telling him what to do? My guess is that he would've retreated to the point where hes standing right infront of me, setting the perfect screen and given Jared 240 feet of space to enter the zone and then he would've baited Jared into making a pass. Then frendon would've completely abandoned Jared, maiking his teammate (like a fool) think jared was wide open, and as he would try to return the ball to Jared, frendon would swoop in with his super speed and agility, steal the ball and go end to end deeking through thomas' legs and spinning demaio around before letting go a blistering back scratching slapshot that steve wouldn't even try to stop for fear of injury, ending the game in a 5-4 victory.
Cant play friday or saturday this weekend. Make sunday work. Or maybe late Saturday.

Nick you should have seen Brendon on defense. Its so funny its sad. He brings shame to the position. 2 passes right to Jared and 1 to Ron. Right in the slot. All 3 in the back of the net. Too bad they were not his teammates.
Then in game 3. I pass it to Jared at center ice. 1 on 1 with Brendon. Brendon decides to step up and challenge Jared. Bad decision to say the least. Jared easily goes around Brendon. I mean easily. Jared scores on the breakaway. Gaaamewinneer!!!
That's when Brett lost it. Equipment started flying. Bad words were uttered. Tiles were fearful for their life. Quite entertaining. It made playing worthwhile even though we didn't go out after. Good times!!
