So after all the back and forth we ended up short not only extras but “regulars” too. Only 3 teams this year. But the cup delays for no one!! It can only happen on April 11th!!!!

Two things, am the only one who hears Iggy’s voice (and laugh) on all his posts? I swear I can hear him. Its like reading “The Hunt for Red October” you always hear Sean Connery’s voice.
Second, Taylor Swift was right. The Doubters are going to Doubt.
Nick’s team sucks. Goal tending isn't Important: Yada, yada. The problem was…It made me start to doubt as well...which led to...
The Trade.
In a trade that Im not even sure Ron wanted to do. I think Ron actually loved the story more than the trade.
Brett and Griff were headed to Team Ron and Jared and Tony were on their way to team Nick.
Ok, the stage is set. The Cup 2015 was about to begin.

Your right about the trade. I thought you were coming out with the better of the trade and wasn't interested initially.
My reasoning was that I was firmly in the court that goaltending wasn't the critical factor. First offense and some defense was important. Don't get me wrong, you need good goaltending to win, but having the best goaltender?
Further with my drafted team I figured Jared and I would score on Brett just enough to win. Maybe a 2-1 game or 3-2 game was my thinking.
Johnny's team was interesting, because of all the offense he drafted. But I just thought we shoot and crash the net and we will score some goals and then let the chips fall where they may.
So when you suggested the trade... I was at first thinking no way I could pull the trigger on this.
Then I thought oh why not, lets make this interesting and surprise people that a real "blockbuster trade had been made".
Too bad Jared found out about it before the actual announcement though. The shock value wasn't as great

I was shocked and hurt. When the trade was announced. The ego took a hit
Wish that trade could of happened sooner so we could of got scouting reports and odds of who was going in as # 1, 2, 3.
Our team wouldn't of been #1 with a senior citizen, 2 phat guys and a guy people thought would be exposed on D. Brett was the only sure thing and where did that get him last year?
