Each game is 15 mins long (not including potential shootout time):

Team B vs Team C

Team B vs Team D

Team C vs Team D

6 games x 15 mins = 90 mins.

2 hrs total allowed time includes short breaks and potential shootouts.

Post Season (In no particular order)

1st Seed vs choice

2nd Seed vs Leftover Team

Best 2 out of 3 means potential for 6 more games.

6 games x 15 mins = 90 mins maximum.

4 games x 15 mins = 60 mins minimum

2 hrs total allowed time includes short breaks and potential shootouts.

Finals

Best 2 out of 3 means potential for 3 more games.

3 games x 15 mins = 45 mins maximum

2 games x 15 mins = 30 mins minimum

1 hr total allowed time includes short breaks and potential shootouts.

TIMING SUMMARY

Split into three sections of 2hrs + 2hrs + 1hr = 5 hrs total maximum

or 90 + 60 + 30 mins = 3 hrs minimum.

Doable in one long afternoon or 2-3 separate indoor venue nights.

ATTENDANCE SUMMARY

All Players would be needed for the first two sections.

If done in 3 separate nights, Only the final two teams + a referee would be needed to attend for the last night.
