HTSN Network is live

Ok boys and girls the HTSN network is officially open for business. The video editing is definitely a work in progress. We want and expect your feedback, recommendations and opinions. After viewing the 2 game clips and the shoot out, tell us who your 3 stars are? That’s right only 3 stars, so think carefully, we don’t want anyone’s feelings hurt. For those who would like to see the clips in a slightly larger size. You can find them in YouTube, the channel is PPPHockey. Somebody already reserved TripleP username (I wasn't too happy about that!) NOTE: Clip 1 was messed up and so I did a redo. I also renamed the clips; it takes a while to propagate. You'll know it's ready for viewing when you see updated Stills of each video.

hey i was talking with bobcat and we were thinking of maybe setting up some teams maybe for 4-5 weeks. We good get some good rivalries going and give everyone more incentive to show up each week.

Perhaps old vs young, north vs. south, me vs. everyone, etc.

wow now were putting nick and ronnie jr before eric and borges do you people watch theses games at all

Anonymous said...

jared vs brett yelling match

Anonymous said...

good idea tpj...let's see if the teams we pick on Sunday are even. If they are, and we have good games, why not try it for a few weeks?

Nick...Ronnie...lol - that's obviously either a joke, or it's serious NIck!

next week jared w/Pat Roy in net vs ronnie jr w/no goalie i say ronnie wins

Anonymous said...

Anonymous said...

Anonymous said...

Nick is getting upset!(How George would say it)

And no I only post under my name. This must be Jared's doing.

We should start setting up our lines for florida. We need the chemistry developing to start now

Anonymous said...

any REAL suggestions for the lines.

If we want to win we need some serious practice.

TEAM 1 LINE 1

RW Billy
C Johnny R.
LW Eric
LD Bob C.
RD Brendon

TEAM 2 LINE 1

RW Scott F.
C Borges
LW Jared
LD Brett
RD Ron

all these players might not be going but it's just a suggestion

We need to be better than last time

Let's try it with the intention to build our team not put ourselves against each other.

brett, what makes you think that you and your tired legs will even be invited back to florida? Here's your line: You, your wii, your x-box, mountain dew, and your couch.

Go ahead Brett, start building chemistry now!

Anonymous said...

Dude, harsh!

Anonymous said...

Do you think that Eric and Johnny should be on the same line, you know, because of the whole rivalry thing? :->

Anonymous said...

one who will never be invited is Some Coward Ostrich That Thinks Much Useless Renderings Creating Harmfulness

as long as i get the rock i'm happy

I was originally thinking of the forward lines from this past Sunday, but I might like Brett's lines better since it keeps a center on each line and each line has a guy that can rush the puck.

The only thing I'd add, don't forget Jeremy and Griff.

Anonymous said...

i might like scott on d with his size and shot, with ron up on wing, but it works either way.

Anonymous said...

But how would you distribute Riley, Brett, Eric and Billy?

And please, no Eric Bashing tonight!

John said...

I like Scotty on defense, but I think with Ron at the point he gives you a great shot with the occasional rush. Scotty up front gives you a bit more energy, and probably draws some penalties (which should open up more room for the other forwards).

depth chart, who's eric bashing? (other than "good day")
give me a break!

Anonymous said...

Genius, have you not been following the debate? It seems like everyone is split over who is the better player, Eric of Johnny.
To me it's a no-brainer, it's Eric. But maybe I'm seeing it differently that some others.

Anonymous said...

welcome to now, depth chart.

i think we've beaten and gutted that topic, but hey i admire the persistance.

Anonymous said...

will jeremy and griff be there this sunday? or in florida?

if so we could really get some work done.

we need to start now because it's gonna take some time to find our best lines.

Who knows maybe griff is the best centermen.

And ronnie will hold down the fort in net

Anonymous said...

depth chart, what further points are you trying to make? the Eric bashers LOST!!!! Ok? The Debate Is Over.

3 No Brainers of life:

#1 The Simpsons are the Best

#2 Guinness goes in the mouth

#3 Eric's got skills

Anonymous said...

well, Einstein, if the debate was "over", then people would stop talking about it. I just said stop bashing eric. johnny is awesome, eric is awesome.

some people, are all like, "well, in this situation i like this one, but in this aspect of the game, I like that one" I mean, we all have our own opinions, but come on! the answers should be evident to all of us.

Anonymous said...

Thanks for complimenting my superior intelligence! I know that you are sincere when you compare me and my thoughts to the great mind of Albert Einstein.

Now that we got that formaility out of the way,

Did you ever think that Riley could be more useful in certain situations than Eric? Eric may be the Gretzky of our game, but that doesn't mean that he is really Gretzky!

Anonymous said...

Are you serious?!! OF COURSE ERIC IS NOT GRETZKY!!!!!!!

YOU are the one bringing that up!

You must be the guy posting as "getting psyched" because you are acting like a colossal crybaby right now!

I'm not gonna be a "riley-basher" but when our team needs a goal in a pressure situation, I'm passing to Eric!

Anonymous said...

See? You said it, "in a pressure situation"!!!
Eric my be the go-to-guy in a pressure situation, but Riley could be your playmaker in a contain-the-D situation!

Like in chess, the pieces are different, but useful and effective when utilized to their strengths.

Anonymous said...

I like how you are telling me to "think", and at the same time are drawing a parallel between our games and chess!!! CHESS!!!
Chess, the BOARD GAME!!!
Stop trying to sound like you are some incredible stratigest because you made the analogy to chess. Like you are the guy from "A Beautiful Mind" and when you play hockey, the floor starts to look like checkerboard, and you have this confident look on your face as the game morphs into a giant game of chess, and you smirk, because you have this uncanny insight into the mechanics of the game like it's in slow motion, and we all turn into giant pawns just floating around you? Do you read what you type? Do you think we are all going to read this and be all like "Wow!, He's the smartest!"?

Hold on...

I'm winded from typing...

Just let me catch my breath...

Ok.

So in summation, give me facts, not board game analogies.

Anonymous said...

I'm not using chess to sound smart (which I am, by the way), I'm using it to prove a valid point. Eric's great at what he does, that doesn't mean he would be awsome as our goalie, does it? See what I'm getting at?

Anonymous said...

If Eric tried his skills out in net or not has no bearing on the comparisons people have been making between Eric and Johnny!

Can you play a knight as a bishop, or vice-versa? No. In fact if you did the game would be over. You would forfeit.

Drop the chess, seriously.

You try to make up these roundabout examples of why Eric's game is flawed, while trying to make it sound like a compliment. You are an Eric-Basher! Just admit it! He's the best, and you are jealous!

depth chart is really annoying and ruining everyones time
